The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC MTS Answer Key 2025 for the Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination. Following the conclusion of the Computer Based Examination (CBE) held in February 2025, the commission has now uploaded the tentative answer keys along with the candidates response sheets. Vacancy Breakdown & Eligibility (Green Box)

Total Verified Vacancies: 7,948

• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 6,810 Posts – These are non-technical roles across various Central Government Ministries and Departments. Eligibility is 10th pass.
• Havaldar (CBIC & CBN): 1,138 Posts – These roles are in the Department of Revenue. Apart from the written exam, candidates must clear a Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized board.
• Age Bracket: 18-25 years and 18-27 years (Department specific).

Stages of Selection (Amber Box)

1. Computer Based Examination (CBT): The final merit is calculated based on Session 2 marks. Session 1 (Math/Reasoning) is only qualifying.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET/PST): Applicable only for those who applied for Havaldar posts.
3. Document Verification (DV): Candidates must present original 10th pass certificates and caste valid documents.
4. Medical Examination: Ensuring the candidate is fit for the respective central government duty.

Objection Management & Fees (Red Box)

If you find any official answer to be incorrect, you can challenge it through the portal. Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹100 per question challenged. Challenges must be submitted before the deadline mentioned in the official notice. Objections received after the due date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
